Getting a good night‘s sleep from a pillow that you can support your neck and get a good rest whether you sleep on your back or on your side this pillow helped me a lot. My cervical spine is infused together and there is nothing else that they can do for my neck and I was in pain all the time and numbness down in my arms. I had cranial surgery in late 2019 and my c1 removed. I couldn’t sleep even if I were dead. More painful than a tax return 5 years late. This pillow has been the only thing that I could find that gives me support, comfortable and multiple ways to achieve that with this one pillow. It’s hard to find something pretty or nice to cover it though and it’s butt-ass ugly, but it does what it does for you! Try it!

Update:
Used it 3 nights now and my shoulder and neck pains are gone. I can feel how aligned my neck and spine are. I’ll definitely buy again. I love that I can flip it around and use the both side.

I purchased this pillow looking for some neck pain relief. I’ve found the ergonomic design and contoured shape very supportive for my head, neck, and shoulders. As a side sleeper, it’s comfortable and I’ve been getting some decent zzz’s since I started using it.
I don’t find the pillow to be too soft or hard, it hits that middle ground for me. but I did find I need to adjust my sleeping position initially to ‘fit’ the pillow – I guess I was probably sleeping all wonky before and am getting the correct support now?!

Alright soooooo i don’t normally write reviews and honestly i was a little bit worried that spending the amount i did on this pillow would be a waste of money. Well…… Let me say i proved my fears wrong this has helped align my head & neck comfortably. I haven’t woken up with a migraine or my arms asleep which happens a lot as i have hEDS. It has helped encourage me to sleep on my back, but i also like that if i do roll over onto my side my ears don’t feel smushed, i hold a little pillow in front of my body, and my shoulders feel a lot better. The pillow is pretty big for me but it is comfy.

I was skeptical about this pillow; it looked too specific in size to actually fit me. I was dead wrong. I am a mainly side sleeper. On occasion, I do sleep on my back, but I try not to because it increases the snoring likelihood. I sleep on my right side, which is perfect due to preventing the liver from squishing all the organs, including the heart. I have gained about 50 pounds over the last 5 years, and I think it is because of how poor & little sleep I have been getting.
The pillow is a good size; it cradles your neck and allows your head to sit. There’s no need to roll, bunch up a pillow, or shove your arm under the pillow, causing shoulder strain. The contours on the side of the pillow allow your arm just lightly to rest, no strain. I fall asleep within 15 minutes & stay asleep until my alarm goes off. I haven’t done that in decades. I have tried other types of foam pillows, bamboo pillows, an expensive adjustable bed. Literally thousands of dollars on beds, pillows, bedding, wedges, etc. It’s only been weeks since I have recieved the pillow and started using it, still I have experienced a noticeable difference in my mood, my energy levels.
My only con at this time was the smell. I took it out of the packaging, and it was really smelly; I had to leave it in an office and wait until it aired out to use. It just smelled really chemically; I have a chemical sensitivity, to be fair.

I waited to submit my review until after using the pillow for a month. Please, just wait 24 hours before making a judgment because the pillow arrives in a very tight envelope. Initially, I thought there was a piece missing, which upset me to the point of contacting customer service. However, you really need to give it 24 hours; the pillow will expand to its full size and be ready to use, so patience is key. After using it for four weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulders—I can sleep like a baby now. It took about two weeks to start feeling a difference, but I wouldn’t go back to a regular pillow anymore. I love it so much that I would even consider giving it as a gift to someone.
