Order cancellation

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify the order. However, please ensure to email us within 2 hours of placement if you would like to modify or cancel. We will do our best to assist if the order has not been sent for processing. Once it is processing, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after the date of delivery to request a return. This is based on the date on the tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can email us at Hello@zardy.co. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted upon receiving the goods.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking fee from the total paid including shipping fees for any items that are returned. If your return is accepted you will receive 85% off the total amount you paid to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

We will not issue refunds if:

– You have entered a wrong shipping address upon placing order

– The carrier has successfully delivered your parcel but not yet received. Please double check your surrounding in which the carrier might have left your package.

– If the order is successfully returned back to us for any incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will not be refunded of the original shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
